Do NOT Work For This Company - Broker Success Associate Attune Insurance Employee Review

I've seen many people talk about the management on here and that really is what it boils down to. The management at this company is disorganized, overbearing, intimidating, cliquey, and needs an overall restructuring. So many people on the management team that clearly need MUCH MORE training on being a manager. Micro-managing, scare tactics, disorganization, expectations that are in-cohesive and change daily... I could go on and on. The benefits at this place are not worth what you have to go through for them. The pay isn't even good enough to have to deal with it. By no means should anyone EVER work for this company. You will be broken down by your managers and your clientele for no reward at all.
