Pros

stable, good if you’re not an executive or ok with extremely slow progression

Cons

extremely slow progression. very legal officer centric. seems like changes are geared towards making legal officers’ lives better. non-legally trained officers are expected to do more and more legal and admin work so legal officers have less to do, and non-legally trained officers are seen as not up to par if they are unable to do certain tasks that should be a legal officer’s job, even though they are not trained for it. this will all be packaged as “training and development” and to “justify” promotions, which you don’t get unless you are part of a privileged few that management favors. if you’re good at playing games and want to spend more time doing that than doing actual work, then this place is perfect for you.
