Pros

- You get free products, and they're good quality, so you do end up saving on many essentials (household cleaning products, laundry detergent, sunscreen, etc.). - The company is young, and you can get opportunities without having to go back to school

Cons

- Benefits close to nothing, you get 2 sick days because IT'S THE LAW, and the management does not give a **** about improving the work-life balance of their employees; you *must* be in the office minimum 3 days/week and you will be there from 8 am until 5 pm - Raises are arbitrary at best, and favoritism at worst. It's tough to get a raise, although upper management waltzes in daily with luxury designer goods... We're talking Cartier jewelry, YSL handbags, Prada puffers, and more. Management is clearly disconnected from what the day-to-day is like for most of their staff, including the financial side of things. - The company culture is kinda off 98% of the people working there are white, and too many of them are oblivious to the shortcomings this situation entails... Also, there is no in-between: either people looked miserable and like they were there for their paycheck and/or gaining experience OR they kept babbling about how when you're faithful, Attitude will reward you (not my words!) - For a brand that emphasizes the planet, there are many wasteful practices and management will not hear it as the brand image is everything.

Pros

Location, the team, free product , good insurance, collectiv REER, Christmas parties

Cons

Management was challenging at times and create a high-pressure environment. Recognition for the work done can be limited. Projects often move very quickly, which sometimes leads to revisiting them months later.
