Environment and customer friendly environment

Not many people know it or come so can have hours of emptiness in the store.

There is a lot of free time, I can craft while on clock while no customers in the store.

Management seems to play favorites constantly. Upper management looks over the store managers transgressions but ill come down full force on the staff deemed rude, or inappropriate.
