      Pros

      Great team. A company that is constantly growing so it feels amazing to contribute to the growth and be a part of it. The owners are very straight people and very flexible.

      Cons

      Working from home could be a pro or a con, depending on the person. Some people prefer working alone while others look for social life at work and team work. You can look at it either way.
