      Pros

      Downtown location, some nice co-workers, close to train station, can get hired with no experience

      Cons

      Horrible management, sever favouritism of some staff members- everyone else is treated badly, no raises, no performance reviews, perks of being with the company taken away over time

      No training. No structure. Management does not care about employees, only how they look in front of the clients. High turnover rate.
