Today, it seems like we are all looking for ways to more effectively balance our personal and professional lives and we don't want either to suffer for it. Yet, we understand that part of what comes with working for a growing company may, at times, mean putting in hours that are demanding. As a company, we recognize that it is important for our Associates to plug into their families after a long work day or week. As we continue to grow, we will hire and place the right people in positions so that we can maintain the staffing levels required for optimal efficiency, performance and results. And when those days or weeks come when we know we are asking people to stretch a little further than usual, we will add some FUN to the equation to show everyone how much we appreciate their hard work and personal sacrifice.
Our priority is to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment for our Associates; after all, we are in the hospitality business! In those cases where we have fallen short of that, we want to know so we can respond accordingly. We encourage all associates to utilize our communication vehicles to escalate any issues so they can be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
