Take advantage of salaried positions with the "do more with less" mentality - expect the salaried positions to handle the additional work when staffing cuts are made! Benefits continue to decline annually - yet get more expensive for the employee. Do not stand behind the Values they expect employees to work by. Different rules for different people doing the same job. No loyalty to their employees.
