      They will do their best to compensate for your time.

      Cons

      Unfair for PT employees being able to sign up for extra shifts before FT. This causes people to be incentivized to be part time to get extra incentive pay.

      Pros

      none, they preach its all about the staff while giving us 0.50 raises per year, and the CEO gets 6 figure bonuses while we worked short staffed with combative patients getting assaulted and asked what we could do different so the crazy patient would not have assaulted us

      Cons

      pay was low, benefits were awful, could not use PTO when needed, abusive patients with no recourse
