      - Pretty decent benefits & perks (there was no health/dental benefits for temp associates when I first joined in 2018) - Matched with an amazing company that transitioned to a permanent position - Professional and motivated recruiters

      Cons

      Can have a better PTO model

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
