      Quickly found me a job, website is easy to navigate, associates are all very friendly and helpful

      I felt as though, due to the nature of my field, degree, and level of experience, I had to settle for jobs that I was not truly interested or invested in

      Long contracts with companies when they are able to find them

      Cons

      Too many changes when it comes to talent reps. Be careful or you’ll get stuck with a rep who doesn’t reach out to you and forgets that you exist.
