Pros
Good people to work with and an excellent CEO! Company does well at trying to maintain a positive work-life balance. Management is focused on what they can do for the employee and is very supportive. The company has good training and they support advancement training if desired.
Cons
Company is growing fast and there is a bit of confusion on the direction at the Leadership level. Inner department communication is lacking at times, but they seem to be working on improving this. Frustration at the employee level is high due to lack of backup and support from the department VPs.
