Pros
In general:
- Good company values
- Really good environment to work and enjoy
- HR team takes their job seriously and always are looking for new ideas.
- A good company to meet nice people.
- It is easy to collaborate with other teams and look for new projects.
- Flexible work hours.
- Remote working allowed twice a month.
- Flexible remuneration, ticket restaurant, kindergarten, gym ...
- Living in Barcelona, a city with an excellent quality of life
At leat in BI department:
- Always there are things to do
- Really horizontal company at least in BI department you always hace an opinion and a vote (with arguments, of course)
- 100% able to check and test new technologies
- Recognition to employees for work well done
- If something is wrong, mistaken, or fails it they look for solutions not for the responsible.
Cons
- Low salary compared with others companies (same size and sector)
- I really miss a career plan.
- Flexible hours and remote working could be 100% free (anyway not a big deal ;) )
