Pros

good people to work with all trying to deliver quality service for the customer base

Cons

company has no regard for the employees with high stress sickness levels caused by company policy and actions. no innovation for the clients thus techies get stale. insufficient staff levels as trying to gain tier 1 status thus sweat the assets is the phrase of the day. doesn't appear to be a road map. and priorities in wrong place it's easier to employ a £100k non productive director than it is to employ a £50k revenue generation technician

Pros

It's remote. I have great co-workers on my team and on the other teams within my account, and I enjoy what I do. Flexible schedule makes work/life balance very easy.

Cons

Big company and it feels like middle management is unable to make useful changes for employees when needed or deserved. Quick turnarounds within the company don't really happen. Also, they change CEO's every few months so it feels like the company is in constant change,

Over the past 4 years Atos NA have provided a measly average 1.1% merit increase with two years having 0%. Terrible HR all ran out of India for a North American company. They push all rising costs for insurance on to employees and cry about how they had such challenging financial issues due to poor merger and acquisition decisions. They believe just adding .ai to email addresses makes us an AI company
