At one point had an amazing culture. Some strong people remain.

Poor strategic decisions mean the company is having hard times.

- unbelievably relaxed company (but in a somewhat concerning way)

- c-level leadership is sketchy about equity + bonuses + telling the truth and has displayed lack of ability to run the business well - company is on unstable ground, not sure where it is going at all - lack of good career development - smart people are not being put to good enough use
