Cons
The fast-paced nature of the business is not for everyone - best to be upfront about that. We are relatively early on our journey to ready the business for scale - many things are far from perfect, but we have a motivated team who are working hard to address that. We can do a better job of managing work/life balance but we are well aware of this and taking steps to continuously improve things.
