Pros

The best team of people. Everyone is friendly, smart, curious, and works hard to create excellent work. Interesting projects with plenty of room for creativity. Great benefits, flexible environment, and fun perks when in the office. Potential for growth is really up to you, and everyone is encouraging and supportive. Management genuinely cares and treats you like a real person whenever you come to them.

Cons

Flat organization can make it difficult to drive bigger changes, especially with everyone working remotely. Probably not an issue for more assertive folks.

Pros

As my first entry job into the design industry, Atomicdust is and was an amazing opportunity for me. I grew from an intern to a full-time designer here and enjoyed every minute of it. Atomicdust is a company of amazing people and friends that really care about you, the client, and the work created. I have learned so much from working here and I would not have gotten to where I am in my career without the guidance, commandery, and trust from my coworkers.

Cons

I have no real complaints about Atomic. Management was so flexible with work/life balance as well as adjustments with Covid.
