Acceptable entry level experience in beautiful Santa Barbara.
Cons
The company continues to be plagued with poor culture as seem by a high turnover rate. The MEMS fab equipment is very old. Some new equipment has been added recently, but there are not enough equipment engineers to maintain good processes and process control. Poor performing employees are relocated to a new department as long as they support the toxic culture.
