Great company culture. Can no rave enough about the way they conduct business. Owners are very involved in the day to day activities. They truly care about their employees and clients. Small company so roles wear many hats.

- Manager is incompetent lacking a technical background, instead focusing energy on micro-managing people creating a toxic workplace. - Disorganized development cycle where developers are siloed creating echo chambers rampant with bugs. - Salary is not competitive with current market.
