They claim they run things like a family then tell you how easily you can be replaced. They claim to care about your work/life balance and then tell you your required to work 14 hours even if there is no work to do in order to get your days pay. It’s a dictatorship, those who like the suck up go farther when the commands come out. 4 paid holidays recognized and you have to work half to get paid for it.
