Company with great product and people, but lack of focus - Manager Atomic Reach Employee Review

-exciting space, Artificial intelligence for content marketing -the product has improved significantly over the last year, and there are continued incremental improvements that go a long way. There is also an exciting product road map -awesome culture, fun and collaborative work environment -You get to be part of the early stages of a growing company -Full kitchen of Snacks (the coffee is also great) -product market fit, has been established, and the early market/customer feedback is very positive and validating -lots of opportunity to take on new projects/learn

There are some cons, but they are related to the fact that the company is a startup more then anything else, For example: -the company has to close sales, while also building out a sales infrastructure and process as they go -as the market guides the company and gives feedback, there are changes/adjustments made in product and strategy. ....Given the early stages of the company, this is a fairly frequent occurrence...not necessarily a con, but something to get used too

Despite the small size of the team - product updates are very quick. Customer feedback is listened to and acted upon immediately. -- Venture-funded Startup. The company is looking to scale and grow fast. The future looks bright. -- It is exciting to be part of a technology that is valuable to most businesses big and small (most/all companies need to blog and use social media) - so the potential marketplace is unlimited and untapped. -- Fun work environment - you definitely get a startup feel. Everyone is focused on getting work done and moving the company forward - it's also a fun atmosphere. Work Hard! Play Hard! -- Open Door Policy - The CEO and Senior Management will involve the team in all decision making-both internal and customer facing. Management listens to your feedback and will implement it right away if its the right idea, and helps the company. You are not a cog in the wheel, you are treated as a valuable employee. -- Your colleagues are amazing. Fun people to hang out with at work and after work.

-- Startup Grind is real.. The Product Market fit has already been established. Now the company is focusing on scaling, customer acquisition, product innovation,etc. Regardless of which team you will be on - you will be working hard.. You will have to manage multiple projects at the same time. -- Though the location is very close to downtown and a subway station (Christie) - there aren't many options to eat around. So if you are a foodie, this might irk you :)
