Pros
Family Environment. Good Benefits, Nice people, Can earn additional time off via tenure. If you work in the office, they have a very positive culture.
Cons
Lack of advancement opportunity, products are slow to evolve, "if you are a local, great, if you aren't, you will feel like an outsider". They seem to think that only "special people' should earn more than $50K per year. Most of the employees have two jobs, and drive beat up cars. Most of the revenue leaves the company to pay back recent acquisitions by investment firms. This leaves little funds for product development, employee raises, or marketing, so it leads to a culture of always "being broke" no matter how good the year was.
