      Pros

      Great place to learn from peers and work with a team. A lot opportunities for continued education through tech conferences and weekly 'hack lunches'. (Getting together to learn something cool from tech talk or share something cool you learned). Get to work with a lot of new technologies and try new things. Flexible but realistic hours and casual dress is a bonus. Good comp/benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes the projects were small so you felt like there wasn't time to clean up code after it was working.

      Pros

      This is a good company to start at. The CTO is very knowledgable and was really helpful. I personally learned a lot from him and other developers.

      Cons

      A big part of the engineering team was laid off with notice. Monday morning we were getting assigned tasks and Tuesday morning we were being let go.
