Pay your dues mindset. Disrespectful of PTO use. Management is unsupportive and unhelpful. Hard workers here get punished with extra tasks added to their already full rosters, most workers here are doing an amount of work that should be spread across multiple people. Management sets people up for failure and loves to dish out busy work whenever applicable.
