Pros
As any company servicing any form of media will tell you, work gets busy. However, no tight deadline can bring the employees down. Everyone's pretty much always having fun.
Cons
When things get busy, sometimes people push and shove. It's to be expected. Get used to it. It's a busy industry with hard deadlines.
