Pros

- Plucky: Since it's a small agency, everyone has to wear many hats. This can be a pro or con depending on your work style. For me, I love being able to constantly learn new skills to solve new problems. It keeps you on your toes. - Collaborative: For major projects, the company invites everyone to brainstorm and share their ideas. Very nurturing of all ideas. - Nurturing: The company encourages development of your professional skills, even if they are not within your original job scope. The company sponsored my professional development courses. - People: - The people here are amazing! This is the first job I've felt like I can really relate and grow with a group of people. Politics are minimal. Everyone just wants to have fun, make cool stuff, and satisfy our clients.

Cons

- Extremely tight turnaround times on projects. - Not much time to polish projects. - Workload can be uneven and intense at times.

Pros

- You work with great people who are helpful. -You get limited (unlimited) PTO - The work can be fun - Company trips - Free healthcare and life insurance

Cons

- Management doesn't make good choices whether financial or with work as far as titles go. Jr Designers do work beyond their pay grade and do not get raises or promotions. - Top Management is not diverse enough, the company is not diverse enough - Very unorganized when it comes to delegating work to designers and giving assets to use in projects - Laid off US designers to hire designers in places with low US dollar currency - Management needs DEI training - There is no set goals for moving up this company, people only move up because of favoritism - Giving false promises on promotions - Not allowing negotiation for pay, so instead they pay you under what you should make for your place of residence - Actually using the skills of the designer instead of just placing them wherever
