I've been at Atom for a month now. So far it has been an overall excellent experience. Some things I have noticed that stand out. The chat makes it easy to communicate between team members. It is a family friendly workplace, the work hours are demanding but you can work from home some days to attend to family matters. Free catered and ordered lunch and snacks daily. Great health insurance. Company gives you a laptop. I felt lucky to get a brand new one. You aren't tied down to a desktop. Free parking or metro reimbursement. Getting the opportunity to work on some cool tech stacks. It is exciting to be part of a fast moving company and working on some great tech making the movie going experience cooler. Coworkers are friendly and management is easy to talk to.

None. Maybe the commute to Santa Monica but then it's a part of LA traffic.
