      Pros

      You can work on good technologies, complete freedom will be given for RnD. Someone can really explore technologies. Very good for a fresher. Celebrates all indian festivals and a good gym.

      Cons

      Worst work culture. Poor salary structure. Freshers paid more than experienced Wear formal throughout the week. much more work pressure to ruin social life. No appraisal, no hike. all possible deductions can be found on the salary slips.

      Pros

      Everyone there is friendly and like to take breaks throughout the day and have good laughs. I have been here for about a year, completely new to controls and they took me in and built me up. I am now traveling across the world installing lines on plant floors. The owners appreciate their employees and work with them through all of life's surprises. No dress code is a big pro.

      None at this time, still loving all aspects of this job.
