Pros
Atmosphere has been a great time since I’ve started- I get along with all my coworkers, and the company has been successful enough for us to get quarterly bonuses. The benefits are good as well.
Cons
The company underwent a ton of volatility before I started, so a lot of those scars are still there. As a result, there’s a bit of a scarcity mindset/people afraid to take risks.
