-Only Iron Can Sharpen Iron. The phrase used most often is "Like Attracts Like"...I know this as "Water Seeks It's Own Level." If you don't have a thick skin, tenacity, or understand that some skills take more effort to develop than others you will likely be written off for not trying. If you don't progress, you will lose interest quickly. You must have an Iron personality or be malleable enough to be forged into an Iron personality.
-High-Turnover: This is the nature of any sales job. My experience is that people leave because they couldn't find a connection with management, wanted preferential days off work, or lacked a "StickWithItNess" to overcome obstacles.
-Any young company is going to make mistakes. Atmosphera is constantly making adjustments to improve on identified faults. I'd be more worried if I didn't see management self-reflecting or changing when feedback or errors are presented.
