Great culture, support, and benefits. Extensive training before independent work

Cons

Angry/upset customers, you will have to deal with people going through very strenuous situations. It's hard to stay positive. Also, scheduling is very strict. 96% attendance is required.

Great benefits, good work schedules.

Cons

Hard to grow, and work is demanding. The calls are back to back, you have less than 30 seconds between calls.
