I guess one con is when u finish your route you have to keep helping the same folks and when you help them they be moving slow cuz they know they going to get help. Some routes can get tricky and help is cool but needing help everyday is OD. I feel these individuals should be held accountable because u abusing the system. When you interview they ask can you perform the duties for a reason
