Great people, little advancement - IT Dude Atmos Energy Employee Review

Little to no advancement in IT. No one wants to leave and they don't create positions unless someone leaves or retires. They say they want you to grow your skills, but when you ask to take classes or attend conferences, they aren't supportive of that.
