Pros
Tight knit culture that promotes diversity. Truly a "work family". Pushes you hard with constant feedback, both good and bad, with the intention of helping you grow. Amazing product in a growing space. Not at all a typical Utah-based SaaS company, and proud of it. Culture is put above everything; if you're a good human, we'll find a place for you even if your experience does not fit a currently-open role. Great people, some with extensive experience in tech, some with none whatsoever, but we all work together really well.
Cons
It's all relative based on your experience in tech. If you're used to remote work options, an office with video games, snack machines and catered lunches, this may not be the place for you.
