The location is Phoenix if you like the weather there. The lower peer people working in that location are really nice, I miss them down to the cleaning contractor.

Imbalance of doers vs talkers, and the doers are not valued, not recommended if you are a doer. The CEO (Glassdoor seems reporting the deceased father of the one) is not trustworthy, I personally shook hand with him on a plan, I did my side, his side was an empty promise with as ending my position posted on LinkedIn while I was still working there. Thought could not be worst, yet humiliating F bombs to a friend that was asking assistance from HR on my behalf. Shameful behavior and totally the opposite of what I was convinced he was like - boy how I really don´t know how to read people. Most hurtful especially after having worked there and products series I worked on won awards and filed an utility patent for them - be careful for whom you invent things and right when I had to be remote because my mother in-law was at last stage of cancer passing.
