      Pros

      You can get a chance to learn something new in the project assigned. But later it's just repeated work.

      Cons

      Management is too bad. No hikes. Just fake promises. Lots and lots of work. Micromanagement. Too bad politics. HR doesn't know any policies. Termination without notice.

      Pros

      not much unless you want to re-live your High Schools days.

      Cons

      Long timers do nothing, know nothing, and get tons of vacation, sick days, etc. It's like being in High School, so sad. Head Management needs to get their heads out of the sand and see what really goes on in some of the deparments.
