Managers do Micro management. Your managers do escalations on his own team mates. Managers do shouts on employees in front of all. Managers dominates their team members. Even if an employee serves for a longer time and gives his best but at the time of leaving no farewell instead if you don't serve a notice for 90 days and try to negotiate notice period, they will through you out and make you unemployeed and deduct all your money. In all the team meetings, managers do rude behaviour. No performance appraisal. Even if your performance rating is 100%, your appraisal will be similar to a non performer's appraisal. No proper segration of teams. One person had to work on multiple projects of different groups with no hike in salary. You will get promoted but no increase in pay scale.
