Pros
Atlas Search has been one of the best work experiences I have had so far! The environment is certainly "work hard play hard", with the team getting a ton of work done while still having lots of fun. Management recognizes potential and believes in the growth of their staff. I've definitely learned SO much since I started working here, and I actually look forward to coming in to work every day!
Cons
Training could be a little bit disorganized as of right now (there could be a smoother process), but everyone is super supportive and willing to help.
