      Employee engagement, autonomy, small enough to make an impact as an individual, flexible work schedule, fair pay and PTO

      Can be difficult to find the building because it currently lacks outdoor signage

      Pros

      Flex hours, hybrid WFH, most of my coworkers were incredible to work with. I enjoyed my time at Atlas.

      Cons

      Pay was just below being competitive, no 100% paid maternity leave program, and it takes 6 years to be fully vested.
