Pros
It's great to work for a company with leaders who are smart, driven, innovative, and also kind and humble. The same is true throughout the team -- my experience so far is that everyone is willing to lend a hand. The collaborative spirit is high, and since it's a startup, there are many opportunities to learn and grow professionally. I like being part of a global, remote first company, and though time zones can occasionally be challenging, I appreciate the diversity.
Cons
Not necessarily a con because we do have health insurance, but I would like to see a more robust benefits program, and the company is working to implement this.
