Pros

The "belief" that you are helping nurses achieve the American dream.

Cons

It's all a big lie, they have no contracts and no hospitals to put these nurses. They put them through all of this rigorous paperwork and immigration process only to send them back home after 6 months or so because they have issues with them and aren't willing to work with the nurses. The owner is absolutely off their rocker and needs to retire. She does nothing be lash out at the employees and creates an absolute toxic work environment. Turnover in corporate is absolutely astounding, (albeit there were a max of like 8 people working when I was there) worst I have ever seen and they keep wanting to say that it is the employees and never look at themselves as the cause of people leaving. It's not us it's YOU! Please save yourself the trouble and just don't even think about applying.

Pros

I do not have anything positive to say about working with this company.

Cons

I would give the management 0 star if there was an option. There is no leadership or vision. The contracts are way too long, and no matter how many hours you put in, you can't realistically finish in the promised 2-3 years. They drag out the green card process so you stick around longer, and the lawyer only acts nice on calls at first, good luck getting real updates later. Pay is super low, you cover own housing, and there's no PTO or weekend pay. Breaking the contract comes with harsh penalties, so you're basically stuck. Everything feels fake and deceitful, and you end up working crazy hours just to keep up. It's clear the company expects total loyalty while giving almost nothing back.
