Pros

- Remote work - High pay - Unlimited leave - Good insurance - Flexible working hours

Cons

Communication Breakdown: There's a noticeable lack of clear communication throughout the organization. Teams often operate in silos, leading to confusion and misalignment on priorities and goals. Pink Washing: The company makes an effort to appear inclusive and progressive, but it often feels superficial. The actions don’t seem to match the messaging, creating a sense of distrust. Contractor Reliance: Much of the work is outsourced to contractor teams, which leads to inconsistencies in quality and makes collaboration difficult. Management Issues: There are too many middle managers, leading to a bloated hierarchy. This creates bottlenecks and slows down decision-making. Toxic Culture: The management style is often toxic, with a significant disconnect between leadership and the teams. There’s a lack of understanding and empathy from the top down. Disengaged Leadership: The CTO and other senior leaders seem disengaged and out of touch with what’s actually happening on the ground. This lack of involvement contributes to a sense of directionlessness. Lack of Direction: Projects often suffer from either no direction at all or are micromanaged due to overpromised deliverables. This inconsistency can be frustrating and demotivating. Inefficient Communication: The company has not embraced async communication tools, leading to an overreliance on meetings. There are often meetings about meetings, which waste time and reduce productivity.

Pros

No pros, and this is true. Probably the only one is the flexible PTO but either way I can’t think in a pro for atlas HXM. Not even the team which is super sad

Cons

The company technology infrastructure and entire code was built by junior engineers, hired by executive team trying to build with less money expense, but this created an entire chaos In 2025 they hired an SVP, an engineer that hired a lot of contractors in order to fix it but they resigned as the company doesn’t think or care about people They make you work on weekends/holidays until 3 or 4am and they don’t care for people Executive and CTO only cares their job and not the team, so the hired a director just to protect themselves and it was pure bureaucracy and toxic people All technology team is super afraid and burned out but they are mostly folks from India which doesn’t want to loss their jobs so they yes to everything promoting toxic ideas like endless war room
