7yThank you for your feedback, as it is important to understand your experience. I am familiar with who you are and your view on the termination of your former manager, our COO and myself. It's been roughly two years since you worked for one of our subsidiaries. Termination of employees are not easy. We understand this can effect employee morale or cause additional questions. In most cases we decide not to discuss the termination of an employee/manager out of respect of the employee, but there was a reason other than "Screwing" over someone. In the life cycle of the organization we have had to learn that not everyone is a good fit for the organization. As an organization, we continue to improve on the employee experience and feedback like yours only help us do this.
