Pros

My colleagues. I was introduced to people to whom I feel fortunate to know. Working near the prison is also sweet.

Cons

Unfortunately, the owner of the organization is going to run this company into insolvency. The consistent drama and untruths are a definite Stay CLEAR. The average employee is employed at Elements for about 30 days before realizing their mistake. Employee retention is very low. If considering an employment opportunity at Elements- DONT!!! Do not quit a job and work at this place.

Thank you for your feedback on your employment with Elements. It is unfortunate that this was your experience with the company. You are correct that our Chicago office has experienced high turnover. When speaking with our Management Team and feedback from employees, a lot of this has to do with the change we experienced out of our US office compared to all other offices outside the US with less than 5% turnover. As the CEO, you are correct the buck stops here and I have to be responsible for how the company is run. Your review is very humbling to say the least, I just wish this was brought to my attention while you were employed at the company. As a new and young CEO, I am not the smartest man in the room and I am not always going to get it right, but I am going to try. Recently a member of our staff informed me that my need to help and do can come off as not trusting our staff to get something done and if you ever felt this way, I am truly sorry. Although your experience with Elements was not a positive one, I do wish you the best going forward.

Pros

No pros, and this is true. Probably the only one is the flexible PTO but either way I can’t think in a pro for atlas HXM. Not even the team which is super sad

Cons

The company technology infrastructure and entire code was built by junior engineers, hired by executive team trying to build with less money expense, but this created an entire chaos In 2025 they hired an SVP, an engineer that hired a lot of contractors in order to fix it but they resigned as the company doesn’t think or care about people They make you work on weekends/holidays until 3 or 4am and they don’t care for people Executive and CTO only cares their job and not the team, so the hired a director just to protect themselves and it was pure bureaucracy and toxic people All technology team is super afraid and burned out but they are mostly folks from India which doesn’t want to loss their jobs so they yes to everything promoting toxic ideas like endless war room
