      Pros

      -10% bonus every year -company pays for insurance for you and family -innovative company that is always implementing new technology

      Cons

      -management is all over the place, not reliable and you will be micromanaged by everyone -you are on call 24-7 365 days a year regardless if you are on salary -management gossips like a high school cafeteria. Do not share anything with management that is not work related. Try to keep everything to yourself as much as possible. -if you have kids and may require missing time to take care of them periodically forget about it. Manager has no kids so he doesn’t understand and is not flexible.

      - Awesome people / culture - Great work-life balance - Structured development workshops with very interesting guest speakers - Valuable experience

      Cons

      It's pretty hard to complain about anything the experience offered. The internship was extremely valuable and managers were always open to sharing their knowledge + experience.

      The benefits & the pay were great. The company acts as though they care what employees have to say. You feel valued working there, usually.

      Cons

      Once contributions or feedback is given, it’s often welcomed, but there’s rarely any follow up. It’s as if they want people to think they care when in reality, they don’t. Being ghosted by the people who ask for input is weird.
