Great place to work - Anonymous employee Atlas Development Employee Review

The company is really full of great hard working people. They have the best intentions of clients and work really hard to achieve client goals. People at Atlas care greatly about what they do.

It's a small company so things are very fluid. That can be good or bad. The leadership is relatively young so advancement opportunities are limited

The domain (healthcare) the company works in is usually stable. The work used to be really good till a few years back but it appears to be mostly repetitive now with little or no innovation. It also used to be a good place to start as your first job as you could get noticed early if you work hard and good but I am not sure if that's still valid.

Benefits are average and in some cases below industry average (bonus etc.). Not much employee appreciation from the company and with absolutely little or no company meetings/outings. It's always strictly work and that makes the company a little dry.
