Pros
- Nice onboarding process
- Many advantages aside
- Wellbeing enhanced and followed up by many stakeholders
- Support available all the time and for all requests
Cons
- If Dutch is not mastered, it is sometimes difficult to strengtrend bounds with colleagues
Coworkers are great
Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person
The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro
Cons
Managers are too “wise”
You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated)
Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness.
Managers do not understand processes
USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers.
Discrimination
They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
