      Ok pay, generally ok hours, cleanest factory ive ever worked in,

      Cons

      Extremely poor decision making by upper management, it takes literally months for purchasing to allow any money to be spent, your seniority wont mean a thing if you arent the the managers favorite

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
