      Pros

      Comptec is a full of people who really care and take pride in their work. Many managers are understanding of work life balance and the flextime policy really helps. As well as the hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Unless you’re willing to move to different atlas Copco companies there is very little room for growth in most departments at comptec. Pay is not always reflective of the work done by individuals. It is hard to create change and growth. The positive mindset has slowly been deteriorating.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
