      Pros

      Strong global reputation and product quality. Stable business due to wide industry application for product. Continuous product and technology development.

      Cons

      Outdated mgmt practices. Plaqued with old cultures and organization which resistant to change even at higher level global mgmt team. Very slow at buss process improvement and system adaptation. Constant changes in higher level mgmt team results in no concrete focus instead it's all about numbers. Employee development is poor and mainly top down focus and directions.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
